This artichoke is a few years old, actually these are
offshoots of the parent plant that was
planted in this spot a few years ago.
Last year I started some artichoke seeds in
coconut pots, they overwintered just fine
and now I've got a new artichoke in the garden.
We don't get a lot of artichokes but some
is better than none.
I like how these look.
